Julie is both active and dynamic in small business. It has been an important part of her life assisting in family businesses since the age of twelve, including the tourism and hospitality industries.
Julie qualified as a hairdresser in 1982 and went on to manage hairdressing salons in New South Wales and Victoria including her own.
In 2002 along with husband John, she became a master franchisor with the Jims Group of companies successfully owning and operating 6 master franchises and the National marketing fund. Julie understands the franchising industry and what it takes to find and keep the best franchisees.
After many years of being in small business Julie wanted to take this to a whole new level. Julie qualified as an Advanced Practitioner of Coaching Mastery and is dedicated to inspire, guide, nurture and support you in setting goals in both business and personal life.
