John and Julie have played an important role in Jim’s Group over the past six years, both as trainers and Franchisees. They did much to develop their Divisions, including work involved in changing the name and structure from Jim’s Handyman to Jim’s Building Maintenance, and by contributing substantial improvements to franchisee training systems.
They were successful Franchisors, giving excellent support to their Franchisees and earning their respect and appreciation. In their attitude and behaviour they gave full expression to the most important of our Jim’s Group Values: ‘Our first priority is the welfare of our Franchisees’
