It has indeed been my privilege to have known two individuals of the caliber of John and Julie Sanders;

If the Character, Ethics, Moral Values and the highest sense of Integrity that these people have instilled in others through their selfless help, Great coaching abilities, and their Genuine concern for the welfare and well being of others, is to be a yard stick, then it is my opinion that they are at the pinnacle, of their chosen careers.

As a Contour’s, women’s fitness franchise owner, busy mother of two and dedicated part time athlete I found myself under enormous stress, both personally and professionally.  I felt as though my life and business were falling apart.  I knew I needed help but was unsure of where to get this from?
Enter my angel, Julie Sanders.  I met Julie when she became a member at Contours (what a blessing!).  In conversation I discovered that Julie and her husband John had years of experience in business coaching and franchising.  I soon started bouncing ideas, struggles and success’ off Julie who was always accommodating with helpful, positive, unbiased feedback.

They have assisted in many ways, including but not limited to, staff selection, staff retention, interview techniques, reward and recognition, morale and team building.  Business planning, marketing, member retention, member feedback and rewards.  They have been able to help me build a better, happier more cohesive team – who love their work.  My team has grown personally and professionally after having individual meetings with Julie and after attending role relevant workshops like ‘body language’ and ‘modalities’.
They have also helped me take Contours Wallan from ordinary to extraordinary.

I am a mother of four, working full time as an integration aide for the past ten years and also assisting my husband in running a successful engineering company.

I originally met Julie when she was a guest speaker at a motivational seminar I attended and was very impressed with what she had to say. I decided to participate in six coaching sessions and was a little unsure as to what to expect. John was my coach who explained to me what coaching is all about and the rest is history.

I feel the sessions were very motivating and therefore something I have committed myself to. The session’s have been both on a personal and professional level. Through the session’s I have set personal and business goals. The sessions have given me an out look for a positive approach. I am more confident in myself and in what I am confronted with.

I have known John and Julie Sanders for the past three years and in that time I have gotten to know them on a professional and personal level.

It is very rare to meet people that have the interest of others as a priority and not the lining of their pocket. John and Julie have a very unique and caring nature, and have never tried to force a sale to me or the other franchisees that they had.

I first met John when I inquired into buying into the Jim’s Group and from our very first conversation on the phone I knew that I was talking to someone professional, very knowledgeable, passionate and most of all trustworthy.
Before John and I spoke about costs John made sure that if I decided to purchase into the business that I would be able to move forward. (How many others care about you after the sale has taken place) well with John and Julie the support and coaching was and still is there today.

After purchasing the business I got to know John and Julie in a more personal manner and found that not only do they actually care about their clients but they will and have gone well out of their way to ensure that they succeed.

As a mentor John is always willing to help in any way possible, his knowledge of the system is second to none and his ability to solve problems is incredible. His honesty is possibly the greatest asset that he posses and if ever I was to go into partnership with someone he would be the only person I would consider.

John has the ability to speak in public with just as much ease as speaking one on one.
It is my opinion that John and Julie together can achieve anything that they want whether it is at work or in their personnel lives.John also has an amazing ability to think outside the box and is always coming up with ways to improve systems/methods where others may have given up.
As a professional acquaintance and a personnel friend of John and Julie I would not hesitate in the slightest in saying that I have not yet met a couple with the values, and professionalism that they posses.

When John and Julie approached me and told me that they were selling their business it was as if I had a close friend pass away I was devastated as I did not believe that the next person coming in would be the same supportive and honest person, as it turned out John and Julie offered me the business not at the amazing price that they could have gotten but at a price that they knew I could afford, this to me speaks volumes as they believed that I would continue to build the business as they had started, the care and willingness to loose money to keep what they had started going is simply unheard of.

As a coach/mentor, and a friend one would have to go an extremely long way to find such people.

Hi John,

I would like to thank you for your wonderful coaching style and the effort you have put into my coaching sessions with you.

Although I had several issues in my life I found it extremely easy and comfortable to talk them through with you as you are a very honest, caring and compassionate man who truly cares about others.

One of my most valuable results from our life coaching together is to have begun believing that I am a valuable human being and to begin to care about myself. As you know, I now make time for myself to play squash, swim several times a week and I generally get to read a book a week. I also get to play with the kids and spend quality time with Andrea.

Before our sessions I could not seem to make the time for myself. I would always find something else to do rather than spend any time for me. What I have found staggering since I have begun spending this time for me is that no one else has lost in this process. My children have been even closer to me and they now call me ‘Dadipooh’. There was no way they would have had the courage to joke with me in this way in the past. Andrea also is enjoying our time together even more as she finds me more relaxed and in the moment. We are having so much more fun together.

I would like to truly thank you for my awesome results and know that through your genuine interest and concern for others you will be an extremely successfully person in whatever you take on.

Your coaching style together with your qualities I feel, for example: positive personality, caring, getting to the core topic at hand and assisting me to create the change I needed to move forward, has really left me feeling awesome about myself.
